Julia may run a pinball location in Frankfurt on the side — but her full-time mission is helping automotive leaders in the DACH region scale profitable leasing and subscription services.
As Casi’s new Country Lead for Germany, she’s our boots-on-the-ground resource for OEMs, fleet operators, and financial service providers who want to launch and scale flexible fleet services with speed, precision, and local market understanding.
“Casi is rethinking mobility and leasing in a way that puts simplicity and customer needs first,” Julia says. “I’m excited to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of modern leasing and mobility solutions in Europe.”
Bringing local expertise to global transformation
With a strong background in scaling SaaS platforms across complex markets, Julia joins Casi with a clear focus: Build deep, trusted partnerships in Germany and the wider DACH region — and help customers reduce complexity while growing revenue.
“I bring a deep understanding of the German-speaking markets and their expectations around mobility, digitalization, and customer experience,” she explains. “That perspective is critical when you’re transforming traditional leasing models.”
Her first priority?
“Listening and learning — from our customers, partners, and the Casi team.”
Why boots-on-the-ground presence matters
For Casi, having Julia based in Frankfurt isn’t just convenient — it’s strategic.
“Trust and relationships are everything,” Julia says. “Customers need a partner who understands not just the tech, but also the cultural and regulatory context of their market. Being local shows commitment — and allows us to move faster, together.”
She’s especially excited about the shift toward usage-based models, which she believes is creating a defining moment for OEMs and leasing providers.
“Automotive brands need smart, scalable platforms to manage this shift. And that’s exactly what Casi is here to deliver.”
Who is Julia beyond the job?

When she’s not reimagining leasing in Europe, you’ll probably find Julia:
- Hiking or golfing with her loved ones on the weekend
- Grabbing coffee at Massif Central, her go-to café in Frankfurt
- Dreaming about road trips in her ideal mode of transport — an electric campervan
- Running her side business: a pinball location in the heart of Frankfurt
And if she had to live in another city? Oslo is at the top of her list — a place she calls “pretty perfect at first sight.”
Three words that describe her? Enthusiastic. Passionate. Idealistic. We couldn’t agree more.
